Payment of the non-refundable deposit constitutes acceptance of our booking terms & conditions. The client that makes the booking is responsible for ensuring all other clients associated with that booking have read and accept these terms and conditions.
A non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure bookings. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to charter.
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to the date booked, the non refundable deposit will be used to secure another booking for a suitable date.
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to date booked, the full amount paid is non-refundable, but funds may be transferable to another suitable date at the captain’s digression.
If clients fail to arrive and suitable notice isn’t given, the total charter value is forfeited.
If you choose to cancel mid charter, full payment will be charged with no refund.
We recommend that you take precautions to counteract sea sickness. We do everything in our power to make sure that you have a great experience, however, it is preferred, even if you normally are not affected, to cover yourselves so your day isn’t spoiled should sickness occurs.
All prices are subject to availability and can change until paid in full.
All alcohol is BYO only. Responsible consumption of alcohol is to be adhered to. Any drunken or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated where the charter will be terminated immediately. All clients aboard will forfeit all monies and will be blacklisted for future charters, no exceptions. Any damage to vessel or equipment will be the responsibility of the client.
Food provided may contain, gluten, nuts, seafood. Please provide any food allergies or special dietary requirements at time of booking.
Safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right to cancel a fishing charter if we believe it is unsafe due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control at any time. If conditions are not suitable for the style of fishing chosen, we will do our best to provide another option if possible. If we do end up cancelling your trip we will endeavour to reschedule to a suitable date. If circumstances don’t allow this a full refund will be given.
We strongly recommend you book travel insurance for your trip to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances.
Whilst All The Gear No Idea Sportfishing aims to provide a personalised and unforgettable experience, no guarantees can be given that a targeted species is caught on your charter. We will do everything we can to make it happen, but some things we have no control over. To give us the best chance of providing a charter that meets your expectations, please view our species calendar to decide when is the best time to target your preferred species.
During our charters video cameras will be used to record content for advertising and social media content. All The Gear No Idea reserves the right to make use of any photos or video footage taken during charters without your permission. You will be given copies of photos/video from you charter. Please allow us some time to process and edit the content after the charter.
Clients assume all risks associated with participating in a fishing charter. All The Gear No Idea sportfishing accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to or loss of personal property, any personal injury or illness or death, whilst on charter or traveling to and from charter locations.
